Unfortunately we currently only take UK orders for delivery to the UK
mainland Post Code addresses.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are:
1st Class Signed For Delivery

Packaging Goods will be packed in postage bags, padded
bags, or cardboard boxes depending on the size and shape of the item. All items
will be adequately protected against damage in transit.
Despatch We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working
day by Royal Mail first class post. We always use signed for delivery for both your and our security.
Delivery The delivery address will copied as per supplied
when the order is placed.
If the package cannot be
signed for when it arrives Royal Mail will keep it at the local depot for 7 days
enabling you to pick it up. Packages not picked up within 7 days will be
returned to us.
All packages returned by Royal Mail as unclaimed will be
subject to a redelivery charge.
If the package cannot delivered because
of an incorrect address, we reserve the right to charge an additional
supplement.
While we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with
our pledge, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery
however caused.
Out of Stock If the goods are out of stock we will refund
payment and notify you of the anticipated restocking date. We will also notify
you when the goods are back in stock
Damage In transit It will be your responsibility to
inform us immediately of any damage to delivered goods. We must be notified no
later than 24 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of
any of the packaging as this will be required to effect your claim.
Shortage It is your responsibility to sign for the
correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note.
If you suspect that there are items missing from delivery, first check that the
order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery
note and we are to be notified within 24 hours.
Incorrect Goods Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied
within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not
open the manufactures packaging or use the items. It is your responsibility to
notify us.
Non deliveries
We will not accept liability for goods
lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days from expected delivery
date. We shall accept no liability for shortages, non deliveries, incorrect
goods or damaged on delivery outside the stated time scales. Except when
extenuating circumstances have prevented the notification within the stated time
scale.
