terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and keep a printed copy for

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the prices shown on this site are accurate, we reserve the right to change a price if, prior to despatching the
goods, it is found to be incorrect. Should this happen you will be given the
option of cancelling or continuing with the order.
All prices are in UK pounds sterling.

When applicable and available, product shades are displayed. these are for guidance only. It is not possible to fully reproduce the actual shade nor is it
possible to ensure that it dispays the same on all screens.
To order through this website you must be at least 18 years of age. We will
treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to
these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your
statutory rights.
Order Cancellation Please note that once an order is confirmed, it is not possible to cancel it. Processing the order is initiated soon after the order is made, once started, it is not possible to halt
the process.
Returns and Refunds Policy To meet our strict health & hygiene conditions, goods -
MUST be unused
MUST be in their original condition & packaging
MUST be received back at our office within 7 days from the day you received the goods.
All refunds are at the discretion of the management.
If we suspect that
the goods have been used or any of the above conditions have not been met we
reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice. Items supplied in
sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non
exchangeable.
Damage In transit It will be
your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered goods.
We must be notified no later than 24 hours after delivery. It is imperative that
you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect
your claim.
Shortage It is your
responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the
delivery or carrier consignment note. If you suspect that there
are items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been
partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we are to
be notified within 24 hours.
Incorrect Goods Notify us of
any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are
not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use
the items. It is your responsibility to notify us.
Non deliveries We will not
accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days
from expected delivery date. We shall accept no liability for shortages, non
deliveries, incorrect goods or damaged on delivery outside the stated time
scales. Except when extenuating circumstances have prevented
the notification within the stated time scale.
Compaints Procedure We take every care in providing the best service possible to our
